Beautiful Bronze Coin from Great Britain 1860 Quarter Penny Or Farthing Beaded Border Queen Victoria Young Bust With Laureate Facing Left NGC MS63 RB. For Your Collection of United Kingdom Coins - GB035.

Description: A beautiful uncirculated 1860 quarter penny or farthing bronze coin from the United Kingdom. The coin, which has a plain edge, displays Queen Victoria's young bust wearing a Laureate in her hair facing left on the obverse. The coin has the words VICTORIA. Surrounding the queen's bust on the obverse.

The reverse is marked "FARTHING 1860" surrounding a seated Britannia facing right. This is KM 747.2, it is of the beaded border variety, weighing 2.86 grams and measuring about 20 mm in diameter.

The coin comes in a plastic slab and is graded as Mint State MS63 RB (Red Brown) by the Numismatic Guarantee Corporation. A beautiful coin, rare in this condition and deserves a spot in any advanced collection of British coins. It is nicely toned in a rich red brown coloring and has great eye appeal. It is in great condition, well struck and has great eye appeal. It has some scratches, bag marks, and no observable wear commensurate with its uncirculated state all of which can be seen in the photos. The coin is much better than the scans suggest.
