This combination not listed by Stanley Gibbons. Note BRIGHT BLUE WHITWELL (North Yorkshire) Undated Circle employed as initial cancellation on the 1d Black.
Stamp is well tied by a very fine strike of this postmark. Then over-cancelled by normal RED MALTESE CROSS.
This NORTH YORKS pre-stamp postmark not seen by us as a "TOWN CANCELLATION" before. Penny Black is slightly cut-into at SE corner.
Piece has horizontal wrinkle/bend as can be seen on rear scan. Nevertheless possibly a UNIQUE combination of cancellations.
